Do I need to to download the App to receive a Gift Card?

The recipient does not need to download the App to receive a gift card. Recipients will receive a text message and email containing the gift card along with any personalized text message.

Do the gift cards expire?

We recommend that you check the description details on the gift card to also verify the merchant terms and conditions.

Do you charge a fee for the purchase of Gift Cards?

Yes, there is an additional convenience fee charged so that we can continue to offer best value and service to our customers. Purchase of any Gift Card will incur a convenience fee which is added to the final amount due at the checkout. After purchasing an eGift Card, You (or the recipient of the Gift Card) must activate the eGift Card then redeem by following the instructions provided by the Product provider and defined at the back of each card. The eGift Card will only function upon activation. These Terms will no longer apply after activation occurs. Can I redeem a portion of my gift card?

All cards are redeemed in full i.e. the entire amount is added to the gift card balance, once this have been applied, you may have the ability to use portion of your amount for purchases. Balances or portion of your balance cannot be transferred. Please refer to the eTopUpOnline Gift Card T&Cs on our website or the merchants T&Cs for further details
