Understand how your Telcel recharge will be used

Saldo Amigo is Telcel’s prepaid balance, which can be used for eligible services or to purchase available packages. On the Amigo Sin Límite tariff, a qualifying recharge may activate included benefits instead of leaving the entire amount as available cash-value balance.

This means that sending airtime and directly purchasing a named package are not always the same transaction. A displayed recharge of 193.20 MXN, for example, should not be described as a 200 MXN package.
